Toni Sammartano, Owner of Little Feet Nannies, is a former recruiter, business executive and Mom of two that knows how hard good child care is to find.

The Nanny placement market is grossly underserved in our area, and I want to make sure families know all of their options for child care. I myself utilized a Nanny when I was an executive and my spouse traveled about 50% of the time! That way when little illnesses came up like pink eye or ear infections, I didn’t have to use all of my vacation time for those unexpected occasions. And when I got home, the house always seemed cleaner than when I left it. I never dreaded coming home to a mess. My children had one-on-one attention and went to the parks, library, pool and simply had a blast. Toni started her career after graduating from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, as a recruiter in the temporary staffing service field and as a Recruiting Consultant at Techies.com where she worked with large national companies such as Legg Mason, Litton PRC, and Booz Allen.

When the dot.com era ended Toni went to work for a CD manufacturing company based in Plymouth, MN as a Senior Project Manager. Shortly thereafter, then she was hired by a specialty music company, Compass Productions, where as Vice President of Operations she handled all vendor and customer logistics for numerous accounts including the largest two retailers in the nation.

Toni is a Mom of two wonderful, silly, smart children who are ages 5 and 2.
